First-class Service! Read an email to Integra Support
Thursday May 3, 2012
Integra prides itself on providing first-class customer support. Not to brag (ok, we're bragging a little) but this was an email we just recieved from one of our customers. With a competitive market and many options for our customers to choose from it is important our service and support is the best in its class. We appreciate all communication from our customers as it drives us to, in this case, continue doing the best we can do.
"I wanted to express my thanks to and appreciation for Matt Henry. He has been working with us over the last several weeks to set up 2 new processes in DocuTrack that we discussed at the user meeting in February. During this time, we’ve had a change in our network administration staff and Matt was wonderful in helping Wade through that side of the setup. Matt never fails to respond quickly, professionally and with easy-to-understand instructions for those of us who don’t speak the IT language very well. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate working with Matt and what an asset he is to Integra!"
Thanks so much,
Ann

DocuTrack 1000: Priced for smaller pharmacies
Friday March 23, 2012
DocuTrack 1000 provides you the full, proven performance of DocuTrack with a pricing structure created specifically for smaller pharmacies. In DocuTrack 1000, Integra bundled various economic features such as its cloud-based fax solution to bring smaller pharmacies the same tools, functionality, support and performance provided to each of Integra’s other successful customers, at a lower cost.
Without sacrificing any functionality or features, Integra restructured DocuTrack’s included components as well as set-up and training to provide the full DocuTrack system at a much lower price point. These components include the Integra Cloud Fax Service enabling pharmacies to integrate fax without the expense of purchasing a fax server. Another modification includes a one-day go-live, perfect for the deployment of DocuTrack in pharmacies requiring fewer workstations. If businesses outgrow DocuTrack 1000, operators can choose to upgrade on an as-needed basis.
DocuTrack 1000 is currently available. Please contact us to learn more.
Remote Access: How DocuTrack improves efficiency anywhere
Friday March 23, 2012
At Integra, we have all heard stories of DocuTrack users working on DocuTrack from remote locations; meetings, customer sites, tradeshows, etc. Integra's National Sales Director, Jim McDonald, was sitting in the at a MHA Business Summit General Session listening to former Senator Tom Daschle’s speech (picture on the screen). In front of him he noticed DocuTrack on an attendee's screen. The gentleman was toggling back/forth from Framework to DocuTrack and processing orders. As he was able to monitor operations while out of the office, he would text, as he is in this picture, when he had a question about something in the pharmacy.
Integra strives to make our pharmacy customers more efficient and it makes us proud to see DocuTrack's features and capability truly utilized in the field, and in this case, remotely.
