Kevin Welch

INTEGRA & QS/1 PRESIDENT AND J M SMITH CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Kevin is a visionary. In 1997 he founded Integra to provide much-needed pharmacy management solutions to the long-term care community. Kevin holds degrees in mathematics, computer science, operations research, and engineering management. Kevin is an avid competitive sailor and mountain biker.

Dennis Williams Jr.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Dennis makes sure it all comes together. With 30+ years of experience in healthcare, he has served many roles in the long-term care industry. From Clinic Administrator, Benefits Manager, & CFO of an LTC hospital, Dennis is a valuable resource for you and Integra. He holds a BA in Biology & an MBA in Finance.

Louie Foster

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Louie creates our strategic technology direction within the LTC ecosphere. He holds a BS in Computer Science & minor in Business Administration. He is a member of ASAP, ACM, & SIGCHI. His 15 years of diverse experience make him an invaluable client advocate. Make sure you catch him playing lead guitar in his band!

Mario Oliver

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Mario obsessively ensures client success with our products through the industry leading Client Services organization.  With an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, a Masters of Information Systems, and 20 years of information technology leadership, Mario brings a diverse perspective to helping clients achieve their business outcomes.  He can usually be found outdoors, often with at least one of his five children, when not in the office.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE & PHARMACY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Dave guides the development, long-term strategy, and architecture of our current & future suite of products. He co-founded Rescot, who developed the first exclusive long-term care pharmacy software solution. He holds a BS in Computer Science & a BA in Psychology. Dave enjoys running & reading in his free time.

Dan Burrell

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Dan invents tools & platforms for the LTC pharmacy community, like DocuTrack & DeliveryTrack. Dan intimately understands the client perspective for each phase of the application’s lifecycle. Dan holds a BA in Computer Science and when not creating solutions can be found riding his motorcycle in the Cascade Foothills.

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

Doug’s experience in software development, testing, and configuration management enables him to wear two hats at Integra. Doug has a holistic approach to both quality & IT that has allowed him to release shrink-wrap & large custom software releases. He holds a BS in electrical engineering with an MCSE certification.

Kirsten creates Integra’s strategic outreach & marketing voice. Her campaigns have reached millions and she has produced events with attendance of over 70,000. She imagines & produces the annual Integra Conference. She holds a degree in Public Relations & in her free time enjoys diving and drinking good coffee.

With 25+ years of LTC operations & sales experience, Jim understands and listens to your pharmacy’s needs. Jim provides leadership & vision for our team of dedicated full-time sales managers. He was the owner of an independent LTC & the designer of a national LTC delivery service. Look for Jim on Florida’s beaches.

Ginna uses 20 years of software project management & software design in the long-term care pharmacy & healthcare industry to enhance how clients interact with their operating systems. Ginna holds a degree in CIS and certificates in Electronic Health Records and HIT. For fun, she enjoys visiting the Alaska interior.

Raymond brings organizational development, program & product management, and information technology in LTC & the insurance industry that is vital to our success. He has been instrumental in the design & release of software solutions around the world. He holds degrees in Business Administration & Computer Science.
