The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation and overall program management of the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS "TM") methodology within Smith Technologies Client Services. The focus of this role is on the health and viability of KCS, including process, tools, content, training, coaching, and analytics with the objective to enhance the technical support staff and client experiences.
As an Assistant Product Manager, you will assist the Product Manager with assigned product lines. You will participate in managing technical partnerships, maintaining contracts, and listening to customer needs. Candidates must understand SCRUM, programming concepts, and be highly organized.
