TAILORED TO YOUR PHARMACY
DocuTrack is been designed specifically for the pharmacy market.
Each of our customers is assigned an account manager to assist them through pre and post implementation. Your private account manager will personally work with you to build a workflow tailored specifically to your pharmacy.
Below you will find a basic overview outlining how DocuTrack documents are processed electronically. Keep in mind that DocuTrack can be designed to fit any process specific to your pharmacy.
HOW DOCUTRACK WORKS
STEP ONE - RECEIVE DOCUMENTS
- DocuTrack includes an integrated fax-server which handles all incoming and outgoing faxes.
- Documents can also be entered into DocuTrack by e-mail or scanner.
STEP TWO - MANAGE DOCUMENTS
- DocuTrack can manage any document type, including admission forms, prescriptions, refill orders, fill-lists and delivery receipts.
- Documents are prioritized based on the time they were received or by a priority assigned to them.
- Staff can automatically receive alerts when situations occur that need attention.
- Documents can be electronically faxed to customers with comments.
STEP THREE - ORGANIZE DOCUMENTS
- Documents are organized in DocuTrack using real-time folders and queues.
- Multiple users can simultaneously access each queue and process documents based on the workflow rules defined by management.
- Staff can securely access DocuTrack outside the pharmacy, enabling them to work remotely or implement centralized order processing.
STEP FOUR - RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS
- DocuTrack seamlessly integrates with all major pharmacy information systems.
- Simple commands within a pharmacy system offer easy lookup of any document such as prescriptions, order history or delivery manifests.
