Carson City, NV—May 7, 2008 – Integra, Inc. and Daverci Solutions, Inc. have partnered to create an interface between Integra’s industry leading workflow and document management software, DocuTrack, and Daverci’s TOCCARE software.
“DocuTrack customers are finding it necessary to provide eMAR solutions to remain competive within their markets,” said Louie Foster, Integra’s Director of Product Development. “Partnering with Daverci allows us to provide more options and product integration to our customers as they move forward to this new technology platform.”
eMAR is a point-of-care process that utilizes bar code reading technology to monitor the bedside administration of medications. It is used to ensure patient safety and reduce medication administration error.
The interface between DocuTrack and TOCCARE will provide users with much higher levels of communication allowing for seamless integration of both systems into the pharmacy’s workflow. This will enable DocuTrack to better route information coming from the TOCCARE product as well as provide mechanisms that allow a direct integration to DocuTrack from within the TOCCARE application itself.

Discussion regarding demand for interface development began in 2007 and a final agreement was reached in April 2008. Still in the early planning stages, the interface is expected to be completed by summer of this year.
