docutrack 4.0 released


Carson City, NV—June 20, 2007 – DocuTrack 4.0, Integra, Inc.'s premier pharmacy workflow and document management solution, was formally released today after being deployed in several test sites over the past few months.

Some new DocuTrack 4.0 features include:

  • Dynamic Barcode Support on outgoing faxes
  • Form Identificaion with barcodes
  • Automatic Form Fill-In with pharmacy information system data
  • Automatic fax back/email notification of received faxes (may contain thumbnail of pages faxed)
  • Enhanced inbound document routing
  • Batch refill submission is easier to use adding medication name and more intuitive sorting
  • Staple from quick search
  • Smart highlighting for Queues and Searches
  • New! CRM Module allows reports to be formatted and indexed within DocuTrack

Integra will now begin the process of upgrading current DocuTrack customers to 4.0 and estimates that it will take a minimum of six months to complete. DocuTrack 4.0 includes many significant enhancements that require updating of both the operating and database systems to our new base platform of Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005.
