Anacortes, WA - June 2011 – Integra, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of DeliveryTrack 3.2. This is the most advanced version of DeliveryTrack to-date with over 240 enhancements. One major addition is reconciliation which will allow pharmacies to immediately verify whether an item was delivered, closing the loop on delivery. Other enhancements include item look up, customizable signature roles and flexible route assignment.
Over 55 pharmacies currently utilize DeliveryTrack with ten more slated for install in the next few months. “Over the past year we have honed and shaped DeliveryTrack to provide a fully functional solution to an underserviced pharmacy process,” said DeliveryTrack Product Manager, Raymond van Rooyen. “We value the feedback provided and foresee Version 3.2 making a great impact on our current and future customers.”
Below is a summary highlighting some of the most anticipated additions to Version 3.2:
- Tote verification from PIS – Pharmacy information systems (PIS) sending in tote information can now have those totes verified by DeliveryTrack at point of delivery.
- Reconciliation Reports – A number of reports have been created to reconcile what has been delivered with manifests submitted into DeliveryTrack. It will now be easy to identify what items were sent for delivery, what items were delivered, and which items were not.
- Item tracking dialog – When answering status inquiries from customers, pharmacies are now able to instantly look up what is in a tote and where that tote is in the delivery process.
- Enhanced vehicle tracking – Vehicle tracking provides more detail and accuracy, so dispatch knows the exact location of each driver at all times.
- Phone number hotlink – After synchronizing all contact information, a single hotlink on the mobile device enables a driver to instantly call a stop with the click of a button.
- Route assignment – Pre-assign routes to specific drivers, reducing synchronization time and increasing accountability.
- Optimization to last stop – Select the final destination when optimizing routes; back to the pharmacy or to the last stop. This is useful for drivers that do not return to the pharmacy after completing a route.
- Barcode printing from shipping – Print barcodes directly from the shipping workspace. This feature is useful to all pharmacies not using their PIS workflow but wanting to perform toting.
- Improved printed directions – Printed directions improved specifically for multiple patient deliveries to the same address.
- Customizable signature roles – Signature roles can now be customized and synchronized to the mobile devices.
- Delivery dashboard report – High level summary information is now available: number of items delivered, number of routes completed, stops completed, etc. during a defined date range.
- Kalman Filtering – GPS coordinates are now filtered through a Kalman predictive filter greatly improving accuracy and preventing erroneous GPS locations from being reported.
