Process of Implementation
While no system implementation is identical, most systems are installed within five (5) weeks according to the following general schedule, depending on whether we have your hardware in stock.

In most cases the rate limiting step is telco provisioning - it is extremely important to order all required telephone lines immediately following your pre-implementation meeting. 

Note that [AM] refers to the account manager, and [FE] to the field engineer:

WEEK 0 - CONTRACTING:

  • Signed contract [customer]
  • Receipt of initial payment ($)
  • Contracts forwarded to Client Services
  • AM / FE assigned to project
  • Pre-implementation meeting scheduled [AM]

WEEK 1 – PRE-IMPLEMENTATION MEETING:

  • Onsite meeting [AM]
  • Final system requirements review [AM]
  • Develop tentative schedule [AM]
  • Order hardware & telco [customer]
  • Preliminary workflow design [AM]
  • VPN into server remotely & setup workflow [FE]

WEEK 2 – SYSTEM PROVISIONING:

  • Finish provisioning system [FE]
  • Ship system to customer [3-day]

WEEK 3 – SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION:

  • Complete installation remotely [FE]
  • Second Payment ($)

WEEK 4 – SYSTEM TRAINING:

  • Remote administrator training [AM]
  • Final telco setup [customer]

WEEK 5 – GO-LIVE:

  • Final workflow review [AM]
  • Supervise end-user training [AM]
  • On-site Go-Live [AM/FE]
  • Final Payment ($)
