Anacortes, Washington – August 4, 2009 – Integra, Inc. is pleased to announce the expansion of its industry-leading customer service solutions. Previously Integra’s customers could choose from one of two support options – a basic plan providing 8:00am to 5:00pm PST support services; or a comprehensive 7x24 service plan.
With this change the hours of operation of the basic plan have been extended to 5:00am to 8:00pm PST, plus customers can obtain system upgrades from 5:00am to 12:00am PST. In addition, for customers not presently contracted under a 7x24 support plan can now obtain emergency after-hours service on a per incident basis.
For customers presently on a 7x24 support plan, Integra is now providing loaner fax boards, priority support access numbers, committed four-hour response times and a number of other important features.
“As our customer base rapidly approaches over 300 pharmacies we are able to provide expanded service and support options and these changes represent our latest efforts in this area,” says Integra CEO, Kevin Welch.
Customers desiring additional information about these enhancements or who wish to upgrade to a 7x24 plan should contact Shana Mitcham at 360-707-4519 or shana.mitcham@integragroup.com.
About Integra, Inc.
Integra is a software company that specializes in the design and development of mission-critical healthcare software systems. Integra's family of products includes DocuTrack, the leading document management solution for pharmacy operations; and DeliveryTrack, a fully integrated delivery management solution (www.getdeliverytrack.com).
DocuTrack Product Information
DocuTrack is a complete workflow and pharmacy document management solution designed to store, organize, route and retrieve healthcare documents. Originally created for institutional pharmacies, DocuTrack is fully functional for closed-door, mail-order and specialty care pharmacies, as well as correctional facilities, HME, DME and retail.
DocuTrack uses an integrated fax server that handles all incoming and outgoing faxes, instantly organizing them by Facility and Date received, and delivering them to the first step of a pharmacy’s workflow. From here, multiple users can simultaneously access any document type, whether pharmacy, medical record or business office related. Electronic forms such as prior authorizations and therapeutic interchanges can be used. Seamless integration with almost all major pharmacy systems allows for easy lookup of any document such as prescriptions, order history or delivery manifests. DeliveryTrack Product Information
DeliveryTrack is full-featured delivery solution that fully integrates with DocuTrack (www.getdocutrack.com) to manage all aspects of pharmacy delivery. One of the key design aspects is DeliveryTrack's synchronization engine specifically designed by Integra’s in-house development team to ensure that data collected by the handheld devices is accurately synchronized back to the server in the pharmacy. DeliveryTrack contains a highly reliable communications architecture, one of the most critical components in any mobile solution.
DeliveryTrack will pass a signed delivery manifest to the DocuTrack server where it will be indexed by prescription number for easy lookup and retrieval. When facilities call for information, not only will technicians be able to determine delivery status, but will also see the original order, prior authorizations, renewals and a complete history of the order - all in a single workspace. For more information visit www.getdeliverytrack.com or call toll free (866) 257-4279.
