I just wanted to thank you for a very informative visit. It was nice talking to you about your software and your former experience in the pharmacy world. Many salesmen come in and "proclaim the good news". Many times these salesmen don’t know how the product works or how it will benefit my pharmacy. It was very apparent that your team knew the difficulties and challenges that we face in the pharmacy business and how your system would change that. Your intimate knowledge of your system and general pharmacy operations made the experience much more pleasant and comforting. I appreciated that.
