1-2. FIELD ENGINEER
Positions Available: 2
Role Profile:
Our Field Engineers are the focal point for addressing any technical issues that arise during the customer’s implementation and ongoing use of Integra’s Document Management Software solutions. They partner with the appropriate Account Manager(s) to implement our software in both new and existing accounts, ensuring that technical issues surrounding server configuration, network connectivity and fax server interoperability are addressed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-implementation server configuration.
- Install, configuration and set permissions for DocuTrack and it’s supporting software that include Adobe Acrobat, IIS, IE , SMTP server and SQL.
- Develop and document server maintenance plans.
- Develop Database backup routines and perform regular capacity analysis.
- Perform software upgrades to DocuTrack and supporting software.
Essential Skills, Experience and Education:
- Solid hands-on experience in server configuration including:
- Drive configuration
- SMTP and DSN configuration
- SQL Server
- NT permissions
- Fax Server
- Ability to configure database backup routines.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and analysis skills.
Special Requirements:
- Four year college degree or MCSE, CNE or equivalent experience.
- Travel required (not to exceed 50%).
3. INSTALL AND DEPLOYMENT DEVELOPER
Positions Available: 1
Role Profile:
Working within a team to fulfill the following duties: performing analysis, requirements gathering, design, implementation, maintenance, and support of all company installs / upgrades / patches / automated deployment. Will assist in the development of the company's main .NET applications. Will work directly with quality assurance, product management, technical support, and field engineers. Must be a team player with a good programming foundation utilizing current .NET technologies.
Technical Environment:
Proficient in the following areas of development: InstallShield, MSBuild, source control systems, .NET 2.*, C#, WinForms, ASP.NET, D/HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL 2005, Client/Server paradigms, and Windows based servers. Working knowledge in mobile device development and install practices.
Essential Skills, Experience and Education:
- Strong in object oriented design and programming.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years actively participating in a development team.
- Candidates must be able to take direction and follow through independently of the rest of the team as needed.
- Knowledge of image processing, PDFs, and fax systems is a plus as is medical field knowledge.
