Kevin founded Integra in 1997 and has over 25 years of senior management experience in research & development and engineering management. During his career he has started, sold, merged, and taken public numerous technology companies. Kevin has also played a key role in the emergence of many technology standards in use today. Prior to founding Integra, Kevin was CEO of Shared Healthcare Systems, a leading provider of information system to post-acute healthcare providers. Kevin has degrees in mathematics, computer science, operations research and engineering management. He is also active as a corporate board member and in local charitable organizations. |

Brian has 17 years experience in healthcare sales and marketing including over a dozen years experience in pharmacy automation systems. In his career, he has held varying sales and management positions within small and fortune 500 companies such as McKesson, Baxter Healthcare and Automed Technologies. He has also founded and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Assisted Living Pharmacy Association a trade association for LTC independently owned pharmacies. Brian holds a B.S in finance from Georgia State University and an M.B.A. from Robinson school of business at Georgia State University. |

Mileen has co-owned and managed professional offices for over 17 years. She has provided foreign services in third world countries where she was solely responsible for the organization, setup and administration of an educational department. Mileen spent two years working at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Radiology departments. Other work includes counseling and consulting organizations where she has assisted in business process reengineering efforts. Just prior to joining Integra Group, Mileen was a part of the management team of Shared Healthcare System for over 4 years. Mileen has a B.S. in Psychology and Behavioral Science with additional training in Professional Development and communications. |

Louie is a technology business leader with more than 10 years of diverse experience covering software development, program management, product management and information technologies. Through direct experience in each of these roles, Louie has provided leadership in establishing strategic technology direction within the third party collection and long term care industries. He has also contributed significantly to Integra’s success after starting in 2001. Louie received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Business Administration from Western Washington University. |

Dan has been a senior developer and manager for several different software products for the past 11 years. While at Attachmate he managed the company's multi-million dollar EXTRA! for Windows product with revenues of over 100 million a year. He has worked in many different industries ranging from telecommunications to network monitoring to terminal emulation, producing shrink-wrap solutions for Mainframes, Unix workstations, DOS, Windows, and NT. He has managed both small and large staffs ranging in skill sets from quality assurance, configuration management, project management, publications to development. Dan has over 18 years experience in the software industry utilizing various technologies including but not limited to databases, client/server, embedded systems, object oriented design and development, WEB development, and low-level protocols. He has been involved in the successful launch of numerous shrink-wrap and intra-company applications ranging from the new product stage all the way to the sunset stage. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. |

Doug has worked in software development, testing and configuration management for over 16 years. His time has been spent in the aerospace and healthcare industries - the majority of which was spent in senior QA positions and QA management. The numerous products and releases for which he has been responsible range from shrink-wrap software to large, custom releases for 1,000+ seat installations. With a holistic approach to quality that includes good process, metrics and configuration management in addition to testing, he has had a consistent track-record of successful releases. In addition to managing testing and configuration management, he has also excelled at building teams of excellent people with both technology and industry experience to ensure good releases. He also has a broad range of technical experience, frequently aiding developers and IT with difficult issues. His technology experience includes relational databases, scripting, test automation tools, Unix, all versions of Windows, web development and more. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Microsoft MCSE certification. At Integra, Doug now directs the testing of application software as well as the implementation (launch and installation) activities. |

Raymond has more than 18 years diverse experience in the areas of organization development, business process redesign, product management and information technology. His experience was gained in the Long Term Care and Insurance industries where he managed teams responsible for creating, deploying and supporting both shrink wrapped and data warehouse based technology solutions. Raymond was instrumental in designing and managing the internal processes necessary to support an install base of 1000+ sites, each replicating data to a centralized warehouse on a nightly basis. Raymond holds a degree in Business Administration from Andrews University. |

Kirsten’s work in the communications field has run the gamut from consumer technology public relations, public information, to major event planning. Part of the Microsoft Home Software team for Edelman Worldwide Public Relations she handled technology products for a consumer market; driving campaigns reaching audiences of over one million. She served as the public information officer for over 10 major reconstruction projects throughout the Florida Keys while producing events pulling audiences of over 70,000. Kirsten received her degree in Public Relations from Washington State University, with minors in international business and Spanish. |
