The heart and soul of Integra's operations is the client services team. This team is chartered with the task of implementing our systems at customer sites and providing world-class service and support. Integra's entire client services team is equipped with RIM Blackberry's and are instantly available by telephone or e-mail.
The client services team consists of three groups of people:
- Account Managers
- Field Engineers
- Support Engineers
Each customer is assigned their own dedicated account manager. This person is the one who is responsible for deploying Integra systems at the customer's facilities, plus has the task of making sure that each customer is 100% satisfied.
Field engineers are software and system experts who assist the account managers in the setup and configuration of Integra systems. In addition to ensuring that Integra systems are working correctly, field engineers also respond to service requests submitted by customers.
Support engineers, like field engineers, are also software and system experts, but they are tasked with setting up new systems in Integra's labs, plus providing first-tier support services in response to telephone and e-mail requests.
