Mike Raymer is the Senior Vice President and General Manager, IDX Carecast Division. Mike joined IDX in 2001 and is responsible for Carecast's product strategy and new market development. Prior to joining IDX, Mike was a partner at Integra and worked on the design and development of DocuTrack. Prior to Integra Mike served as Vice President at Shared Healthcare Systems (SHS) where he was responsible for product management. Before moving to SHS, Mike served as General Manager/Director at Nellcor Puritan Bennett Corporation's clinical information systems division, where he oversaw marketing, engineering and operations. |

Joseph Piper is the Managing Partner for Integra Ventures. In this capacity he directs the overall investment strategy for Integra Ventures. Since 1983, he has been involved with corporate governance, formation, growth, senior management, mergers and acquisitions, and investment in the health care industry. He currently sits on the board of four Integra Ventures portfolio companies: National Healing, HealthHelp, Physicians Edge, and Cara Vita. Joseph also serves as an advisor to the Long Term Care Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors. Prior to founding Integra Ventures, Joseph co-founded and served as President of Capital Services for Diversified Health Services (DHS), the largest post acute care outsourcing management firm in the U.S. at the time, which was later sold to ServiceMaster (NYSE: SVM). Before moving to DHS, Joseph was Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for the Voluntary Hospitals of America Long Term Care Group. His duties included integrating a post acute strategy into hospital delivery systems through acquisitions, leasing, development, financing and management of sub-acute facilities with hospitals. Early in his career, Joseph served as Corporate Counsel for The Hillhaven Corporation, the nations second largest extended care company. As one of two staff attorneys, his responsibilities included acquiring, leasing, developing and financing 350 facilities over a 2 1/2-year period - a total capitalization of approximately $980 million. Joseph holds a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from Seattle University. He earned his B.S. in Business from Arizona State University where he also played basketball. |

Dave has nearly 40 years experience in the real estate field having served as President and CEO of Unico Properties, Inc., a Seattle-based, fully integrated commercial real estate firm. His experience covers design, construction, management and leasing of major office buildings in the Northwest. In recent years, the firm has expanded into Portland, Boise and San Francisco. Since l997 the Unico portfolio of office buildings has more than doubled to 7,000,000 square feet. Dave also has been active in many community leadership roles, including serving as President of the Downtown Seattle Association, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Seattle/King County, Seattle Rotary, and the Washington Athletic Club. He also has chaired the Community Development Roundtable and served on many corporate and non-profit boards. He has a BA in Production Management from the University of Washington. |
